The Tier 3 Isolation Architecture creates three electrically independent utility feeds (Util-101, Util-102, Util-103). Self-storage operations run on a completely separate electrical circuit from the data center. A problem on the data center side cannot interrupt self-storage revenue.

This is not a standard structure. Most converted industrial assets share utility infrastructure. We designed the isolation intentionally so that the $790K NOI floor is structurally protected regardless of what happens in Phase 1 of the data center buildout.
